Through facilitated conversations, we will think about the next few years and what your organization will look like.  To get there, we’ll consider what things you must start doing, what you must continue to do, and those things you have to stop.  More than a traditional strategic plan, future planning gives you a specific road map to ensure you are always on the right track.

Staying on the right track is often difficult at times of transition. Having a robust succession plan for when a key employee (or board member!) leaves—whether planned or not—is the only way to ensure continuity and stability.
